Account Representative (Ontario)
As part of our growing team, we’re looking for a Territory Sales and Capture Representative – someone who loves being on the road, has an eye for detail, and enjoys working with dealerships to capture high quality vehicle photos for our online auctions, while building and generating sales. This dual role is an exciting opportunity to those who have captured and generated reports for auction vehicles but would like to get in on the action in Sales. This is an on the road position, travelling to dealerships, as assigned, start vehicles, and complete a detailed breakdown of condition. They will pay close attention to details when creating the condition report. Alongside capturing vehicles, you will identify new business opportunities within the automotive dealership category and develop your own active account base within a defined territory. This role is in support of the business development and sales team. You will interact with current clients and will generate new clients to build your own client base while supporting the various departments and team members within our company.
Territory Sales Manager (BC)
As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing, growing, and nurturing relationships with key customer buyers within a designated geographic region. This is an outside sales position where you will take a proactive approach to developing new business, increasing sales with existing clients, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. Senior Accountant (In-Office)
As our Senior Accountant, you are a seasoned accounting professional who is committed to accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Someone ready to take on a pivotal role in full-cycle accounting and payroll in a fast-paced, forward-thinking company. We are seeking a Senior Accountant who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings a high level of integrity and attention to detail. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our payroll operations while supporting the Controller in executing and improving our full-cycle accounting processes.
This is a critical position—you’ll be working with highly confidential information, ensuring that our payroll is processed with complete accuracy and in full compliance with Quebec laws and company policies.

As our Controller, you will be stepping into a strategic leadership opportunity. A financial professional who is ready to take on a key leadership role within our Finance and Accounting team, helping to shape the financial future of our growing, dynamic organization.
We’re seeking a bilingual (French and English) Controller to play a pivotal role on our team. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, the Controller will lead financial reporting and analysis initiatives while ensuring the smooth operation of all accounting processes. You’ll work closely with both our on-site accounting team and our remote leadership group, acting as a strategic partner to help guide business decisions with timely, accurate financial insights.
SAAQClic + Receipts Administrator (In-Office)
As a key member of our administrative team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth and accurate financial documentation processes relating to vehicle sales. We’re actively looking for a SAAQClic + Receipts Administrator to join out team at our Quebec Headquarters, someone who can bring precision, efficiency, and a positive attitude to every customer interaction and internal process. Your contributions will be instrumental in delivering a seamless, professional customer experience while supporting our internal operations.

Accounts Receivable Administrator (In-Office)
As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in managing customer billing, ensuring timely payments, and supporting the company’s overall cash flow. This in-office position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative functions and ensuring smooth operations across departments.
